Pohutukava Tree

 

This tree has un unspeakable name (see above) and was a quick sketch for week 62 of our Landscape Club. It is the native Christmas Tree of New Zealand.

Magnolia

The beautiful huge Magnolia tree in Vellberg was in full blossom the last two weeks. You could see it from the terrace of the ice cream parlour. Sad that it is just a short time that the tree looks so extraordinarily.

Der wunderschöne riesige Magnolienbaum in Vellberg war in den letzten beiden Woche in voller Blüte. Man kann ihn direkt von der Eisdiele aus sehen. Schade, dass die Pracht nur von so kurzer Dauer ist.

Tree

The leaves are changing their colours to all kinds of yellow and red hereabouts. Autumn is around now...it is a real show...

Die Blätter verfärben sich von grün nach gelb-rot. Der Herbst ist da...und die Farben sind eine echte Show.
