Visit of Urban Sketcher @janvitekart to Hohenlohe, part II - Vellberg

Rathaus in Vellberg

Next day, we were heading to Vellberg. My sketching buddy Katharina @rinibommel joined in sketching and also brought some hot tea. Wonderful. The weather god was not on our side. It was raining cats and dogs and it was bloody cold. Here is my first sketch in the rain:

In the end as Katharina and I tried to finish our sketch, sitting under the roof of Rathaus Vellberg, while Jan played music and danced beside us. Great day, very tough sketchers!

Katharina sketching in Vellberg

Madeira Sketchbook - Urban Sketchers Madeira Meeting XXIX, Part two (midday: portrait sketching)

Shortly before we went for lunch I did two fast portraits. The first is of: Martinha and the second of another passionate sketcher: Elisabete.

Then at lunch I just had a few minutes to try artist Lonalina, but she had to leave before I finished... We also shared sketchbooks, news and art talks.

Here are some hungry artists at lunch:
