As I was in Amsterdam with USk last year I took a lot of photos. This girl at the station had the right look for my todays figure painting. I wanted to draw somone to be in action...something moving. Mostly I do just the face as I find this most interesting in a person, but every once in a while a whole figure is good for practice.
Auf meiner letzjährigen Reise mit USk in Amsterdam, habe ich eine Menge Fotos gemacht. Die junge Frau mit dem Rucksack war heute das Richtige für mich zum Malen. Ich wollte etwas Bewegtes und auch mal eine ganze Figur, denn ich male ja sehr oft Gesichter. Auf jeden Fall war das wieder eine gute Übung, um nicht einzurosten.
