Chiemsee Inselblick

We are having breakfast at Café Inselblick this morning. It is a very calm feeling and a good view to Frauenchiemsee, the small island in front. At this time of day only a few people are on the terrace and some sailing boats are floating on the water in front of us. The weather will be sunny and some kind of holiday feeling comes up.

BTW: This month like last year in June there is the #30x30DirectWatercolour2019 challenge going on again. 

Last year I did the whole month and reached my 30 direct watercolours. As I am travelling too much these days and am very busy at work as well I do some direct watercolours every once in a while as a contribution to the challenge.  This is ok to me as only the excercise counts.

Wir sitzen beim Frühstück im Café Inselblick und haben einen wunderbaren Blick auf Frauenchiemsee. Es ist noch früh und eine ganz ruhige Stimmung. Nur wenig Gäste haben sich auf der Frühstücksterrasse eingefunden und ein paar Segelboote kreuzen vor unserer Nase. Urlaubsstimmung liegt in der Luft.

Übrigens ist diesen Monat wieder die #30x30DirectWatercolour2019 challenge.

Im letzten Jahr habe ich den ganzen Monat Juni mitgemacht und 30 direkte Aquarelle gemalt. Diesen Juni bin ich aber einfach zuviel auf Achse und habe zudem noch viel Arbeit, weshalb ich nur ab und zu ein direktes Aquarell beisteuere, wie z.B. die obere Skizze. Aber das ist ja egal, denn nur die Übung zählt.
