We were invited to attend the International USk Festival, held in Swidnica and organized by USk Poland. Four days of sketching, lectures and workshops.
We were happy to meet old and new friends, have great art talks, eat and drank together and produced lots of great art in this beautiful city. Thank you to Jystina and her team of USk Poland. Justyna also designed the packaging of colours (Aquarius Watercolours) from the festival goodie bag.
What an honour, that my friend Justyna invited us to stay with the orga team in a beautiful hotel within the surroundings of Swidnica Church of Peace and we were so lucky having also breakfast together.
For them it was one year of planning and organizing. For us it was sketchers heaven. Wereas the festival began already on Thursday for us the way was very far, which is why we stayed overnight in Dresden and we arrived on Friday still in the late morning....my first sketch there was at lunchtime when I made a fast sketch of Piotr...
