Sketching in Dresden

 

My Dresden sketches were small, fast ones, as there was not a lot of time. In the evening before driving to Swidnica, we heard a piano concert at the square of Frauenkirche and I made a direct watercolour sketch of the people who were sitting in front of me on the floor:

 ...it was getting dark already but the strong stage lights were reflected on the floor and there was a light summer breeze.
