International USk Festival in Swidnica, Poland - Flower Market - Clocktower - Exhibition

One morning there was some rain, so we hided under the town hall arcades and sketched the flower market which was opposite. I was in good company of some sketchfriends and we had a good time.

On Sunday morning sketcher Michael proposed to Stephanie, Skri and me to go up the clocktower of the townhall building and there we sat with an awesome 360° view of the city. You could have sketched there several days in a row. I found the clock itself very interesting and focused on it...and...among all those hundred sketches this one was elected "sketch of the day" on Sunday. What an honour. I received a sketchset of watercolours plus a sketchbook. Will try them some time in the future. Thank you so much USk Poland.

Lateron I sketched the Hermes on a Rooftop of an iconic building in Swidnica:

And then there was this column...but we had to hurry to the exhibition so I stopped in between...

The final Exhibition was held at the Swidnica Cultural Centre.

In the end of the Sketchfestival our sketches were displayed in this beautiful exhibition space, all same size, printed in A4 on 200gms. It looked fantastic.

Thank you so much for everything it was an awesome event.
