I keep walking through the forest every other day and see that the colours change from day to day and the trees loose their leaves. The forest gives me energy, let's me breathe the fresh air, it smells awesome these days. If sunny, the colour play is even stronger and when I did this watercolour it was quite sunny and warm for one of those last October days. In some areas there is still green grass, in some humid areas there is a lot of moss and that looks great with the yellow, red and brown leaves that are spread everywhere on the ground. This is artists heaven. What a colourful time.
