Same day after lunch we went into mid-town Sulzfeld and painted this tiny croocked (Schlumpf-) house in alte Schulgasse. As we sat there, two ladies joined us. One was a German-American artist painting in oil and the other was a German Lady painting with watercolours. Good conversation about colours and materials and we exchanged cards. Painting outside is so communicative and rewarding and makes for beautiful encounters with all kinds of people. Super. After this watercolour I did another pencil drawing, but enough talking for today...
Am gleichen Tag, kurz nach dem Essen gingen wir ins Zentrum von Sulzfeld und malten das kleine, krumme (Schlumpf-) Haus in der alten Schulgasse. Als wir da saßen kamen noch zwei Damen dazu. Eine war eine Deutsch-Amerikanische Künstlerin, die in Öl malte und die andere Lady malte mit Aquarellfarben. Wir haben uns gut unterhalten über Farben und Material und unsere Karten ausgetauscht. Draussen Malen ist doch wirklich sehr kommunikativ und erfüllend und man hat jedesmal zufällige, schöne Begegnungen mit anderen Menschen. Super. Nach diesem Bild machte ich noch eine Vorzeichnung für das nächste Bild, aber davon morgen mehr...
