Yet another direct watercolour with no pencil lines first. After these ten days of only direct watercolours this is what I found out in my sketches:
The bad thing is that I do the sketches not accurately, don't think about the motivs enough and do not let enough white!
The good thing is that I paint faster, more fluent, have more risk to mess up, but there is more fun in it as it is more loose.
Let's see if I can get over the bad habits and improve till the end of the challenge.
Hier wieder ein direktes Aquarell ohne vorherige Bleistiftlinien. Nach diesen ca. 10 Tagen, an denen ich nur direkte Aquarellskizzen gemacht habe stelle ich folgendes fest:
Das Schwierige ist, dass ich ab und zu recht ungenau male, über die Motive nicht richtig nachdenke und nicht genügend weiss lasse.
Das Gute an der Sache ist, dass ich schneller, flüssiger und mit mehr Risiko male und Spass an der lockereren Art des direkten Aquarells habe.
Also schauen wir mal, ob ich meine Malweise bis zum Ende der Challenge verbessern kann.
