Today some lanterns from watercolour class a while ago. A good subject for negative painting and enjoying to mess around in the background...
Heute einige Laternen aus dem Aquarellkurs vor einiger Zeit. Ein gutes Thema zum "negativ Malen" und dem Spaß im Hintergrund etwas Textur hinzuzufügen.
This is a landscape somewhere in beautiful Hohenlohe which I did last time in watercolour class already about two weeks ago. You can see that the dark winter colours were still around at that time, but light green comes out here and there and spring is in the air.
Diese Flusslandschaft in Hohenlohe habe ich an einem Aquarellkursabend vor ca. zwei Wochen gemalt. Die dunklen Winterfarben werden langsam von helleren Grüntönen abgelöst und der Frühling liegt in der Luft.

A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!
With this sketch I wanted to show the colours of the different seasons from spring to winter with the same little barn and surrounding trees. This is a good colour exercise.
Mit dieser Skizze wollte ich die verschiedenen Farben der Jahrszeiten von Frühling bis Winter mit Hilfe der Hütte und den Bäumen zeigen. Das ist eine gute Farb-Übung.
