This was actually the first watercolour I started this year. We had quite good weather and I enjoyed painting my very close surroundings in my lovely countryside. The little tower you see in the middle of my watercolour can be seen from far. It is a landmark in Hohenlohe. When I come back from travels it is a sign of "home" to me.
Dieses Aquarell war mein Erstes im Neuen Jahr. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und ich hatte Spaß daran die Landschaft zu malen. Der kleine Turm, den man in der Mitte meines Aquarells sieht, ist der Burgbergturm, den man schon von Weitem sehen kann, wenn man von Reisen zurück nach Hohenlohe kommt.
