English red appears to be a good colour for the skin. In urban sketching I would use it, as it is a fast thing. For real portrait sketching I would consider it more as a colour for the skin shadow...it is more a flat colour and not as translucent as the permanent red violet.
Englischrot ist sicher als Hautfarbe im Urbansketching eine sehr einfache Variante, denn die Farbe sieht tatsächlich sehr hautfarben aus, aber sie kann auch etwas flach wirken. Fürs Portraitmalen würde ich eine eher durchscheinende Farbe als besser geeignet erachten.
