These little bluebells stand on my window sill and will soon be planted into my garden. The night temperatures are still too cold to plant, so I will enjoy them still a bit inside. Tried lots of blues and violets before starting this watercolour. I believe the best colour for these are a mix of mauve and ultramarine.
Die kleine Glockenblumen stehen noch immer auf meinem Fenstersims und sollen bald nach draussen in den Garten. Bisher sind die Nachttemperaturen noch etwas zu kalt, deshalb behalte ich sie noch drin. Bevor ich das Bild gemalt habe, habe ich verschiedene Blau- und Violettöne ausprobiert und bin zum Schluss gekommen, dass die besten Farben hierfür eine Mischung aus Mauve und Ultramarine ist.
