This Brioche-like pastry is called the "pastry of the mayor" as it has three different fillings and therefore is considered as a luxurious pastry among the connaisseurs. Very fluffy and delicious, this is why I had to draw it quickly before it is gone...
Dieses Hefegebäck wird bei uns "Bürgermeisterzopf" genannt. Er hat drei verschiedene Füllungen und ist daher kein einfaches, sondern ein eher luxuriöses Hefegebäck. Es ist luftig und schmeckt lecker und daher musste ich es schnell malen, bevor es vor meinen Augen weniger wird...
