I drive by here quite often with my bike and everytime I am here I think about drawing the water and the reflections. I was so tired yesterday evening that I just began with the Background and did some negative painting around the trees. BTW this is a direct watercolour. I spared out the stems of the trees (negative painting) and began with the background and as shown below with the water. That is all I have for today. Let's see if I continue in the next few days or not.
Bin gestern Abend leider nicht sehr weit mit meinem Bild von der Gegend am Biberdamm in Richtung Roßfeld gekommen. Hier fahre ich oft mit dem Fahrrad vorbei und mir haben die Spiegelungen im Wasser so gut gefallen, dass ich ein Bild davon malen wollte.
Die Müdigkeit hat mir einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Habe die Bäume im Prinzip nur angefangen und im Vordergrund ist die Fläche auch noch weiss. Es handelt sich um ein direktes Aquarell, ohne Vorzeichnung. Wie ihr im oberen Bild seht habe ich anfangs die Bäume ausgespart (negativ malen) und zuerst den Hintergrund und das Wasser angelegt. Mal sehen, ob und wann ich das Bild fertig male.
