Yesterday was the first day of sunshine after a period of rather bad weather and the snow melted away easily. Everything is more beautiful in sunlight. If you already tried to draw in a car on the passenger seat you know this is difficult. I was not really able to do that as it was too bumpy. So I decided to do this one after the ride. I saw a lot of birches on the way and wanted to draw them.
Gestern war der erste Tag, an dem wir endlich wieder Sonne hatten, denn das schlechte Wetter mit Hochnebel hatte sich für einige Tage festgesetzt. Alles ist viel schöner mit etwas Sonne. Wenn ihr mal versucht habt auf dem Beifahrersitz zu skizzieren, dann wisst ihr wie schwierig das ist. Ich hab das nicht hinbekommen, denn es ist schon eine ziemlich wackelige Angelegenheit. Ich machte diese Skizze erst nach der Fahrt, denn am Wegesrand waren so viele Birken und die wollte ich zeichnen.
