Virtual Exhibition: Friends in the crisis

Welcome to our new Virtual Exhibiton of artworks about "Friends in the crisis".

We all need friends in the crisis. It could be the person who helps shopping, the family members, the phone or some prophane things like the TV for distraction...you name it. Our very creative artists sent in some extraordinary sketches and paintings. 

I proudly present the following artworks. Names and country of the artists are written below every piece (click to enlarge).

Willkommen zu unserer neuen Virtellen Ausstellung von Werken mit dem freien Thema "Freunde in der Krise".

Wir alle brauchen Freunde in der Krise. Es kann sich dabei um eine Person handeln, die z.B. beim Einkaufen hilft, ein Familienmitglied, das Telefon oder sogar ganz einfache Dinge, wie der Fernseher, der vielleicht ein wenig zur Ablenkung beiträgt...Unsere sehr kreativen Künstler haben wieder besondere und einfallsreiche Skizzen und Bilder eingesendet.

"Besides phone and computer for staying in contact with the world, another machine is one of my favourite friends in the crisis. My watercolour shows my trusty coffee machine which is always there for me." 

"Neben meinem Telefon und dem Computer für Kontakte mit der Aussenwelt, ist noch eine andere Maschine in meinem Haushalt ein sehr guter Freund. Mein Aquarell zeigt meine treue Kaffeemaschine."

Virtual Exhibition: My Grocery Shopping - Mein Lebensmitteleinkauf

Dear Friends, there are simple things in life that really count. For example food makes us happy. This lead me to the idea that these things, we all need every day (like groceries) would make a good subject for another Virtual Exhibition. 

The following exhibits were painted by different artists. Their names are indicated below their paintings.

Our subject was "our grocery basket" and I proudly present the following artworks:


Liebe Freunde, freuen wir uns an den einfachen Dingen im Leben. Diese einfachen Dinge, wie die Lebensmittel, die wir zum täglichen Verzehr einkaufen, sind nun zum Thema unserer virtuellen Ausstellung geworden. Die Einkäufe wurden von unseren Künstlern sehr bemerkenswert, vielfältig und mit grossem Können dargestellt. Die Namen der Künstler stehen jeweils unter deren Bilder.

A very big thank you goes to all our artists for their stunning works.  

I would like to tell you that our youngest painter, Pénélope from France, got her watercolour equipment last Christmas and practices since then, which is about three months todate. She does extraordinary work of which we would love to see more in the future. 

Vielen Dank an alle Künstler, für ihre herausragenden Werke.

Ich würde gerne noch auf unsere jüngste Malerin, Pénélope aus Frankreich eingehen, denn sie hat ihre Aquarellausrüstung erst zum letzten Weihnachten bekommen und malt seither damit. Sie macht bereits wunderbare Bilder und ich freue mich, wenn wir in Zukunft noch mehr Aquarelle von ihr sehen werden.
