I did another spread in which I just began with pencil drawings on site and finished colouring at home as there was not enough time to finish.

Ich zeichnete noch ein paar Dinge mit dem Bleistift vor und setzte die Aquarellfarbe Zuhause drauf, da ich nicht genügend Zeit hatte die Bilder fertig zu machen:

A few personal memories are linked to this small side tower of the castle. Sitting in between the castle buildings as an evening chill comes slowly to my painting spot... (we are here probably at the highest point within the castle walls and the gates are open so you can imagine the chilly wind we are dealing with)
Weather kept changing from cloudy to sunny so we have to deal also with changing light conditions.
I stop before it is finished...it is getting too cold.
Zu diesem Turm am Kirchberger Schloss habe ich eine Art persönliche Beziehung. Wir sitzen zwischen den Schlossgebäuden in immer fröstelig werdender Abendstimmung und durch die offenen Tore zieht der Wind durch.
Das Wetter war gut, aber durch den Wechsel von Wolken und Sonne, veränderten sich die Lichtbedingungen häufig.
Ich höre besser auf...es wird zu kühl.
