Café afterhours

When the working day is over, this is what part of the Café looks like, I usually quite regularly visit.  Here the chairs are on the tables for cleaning. This is a different "still life" of chairs. (Now that we are in lockdown light, unfortunately we cannot spend our breakfast breaks there)

For this still life I used a 300 g watercolour paper and emphasized on cold colours from the outside versus mainly warm colours on the inside.

Breakfast Break

In this café sketch, I used the same colour scheme as I did in the last one, but this time with people having their coffee and pretzels for a short breakfast break. Now in the month of November it is not any more possible to eat out as of the actual distancing rules hereabouts.

An outside sketch of my local bakery. This is where the good pretzels come from, I so often sketched. I love the smell and the look. If you are around, try them.
